Sirloin Steak (8oz) – Vacuum Packed – 8 Steaks

Minimum weight of 8 ounces and guaranteed top quality. When cooking red meat it is vitally important that the meat is allowed to fully relax before cooking or frying. So as our Sirloins are frozen and individually vacuum packed it is essential that they are thoroughly defrosted and that they get well down to room temperature. Remove from the Vac pack so that the meat can breathe. Add salt to your preferred taste. Then fry in a pan with butter and oil at medium/high heat for 5 minutes each side. Some people like to sear the meat on the pan and finish in the oven. Set the oven at 180 oC and bake for 25 minutes. Most professional chefs would fry the meat only. It’s up to you.
